Hello dear administrator first sorry for my English I did cash out in this casino at 25.09 this was confirmed on 30.09 And then I asked live chat, they said this money was sent And when I look at the withdrawal management the amount of time this money should arrive in my bank account 2-6tage it's been 6 days today and the money hasn't arrived in my account And today I wrote to casino live chat but they are not interested they write answers like jokes when i want proof that the money has been sent they write silly answers again Then they write the same thing again and close the live chat in my face The money has not arrived in my bank account until today I don't think it will come after this time either But it is humane that the casino is joking and not interested in this issue. If you need any further information, you can write. Thank you in advance.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
