Hi

I won some Money on this casino and the bonus Money was removed when doing so. I made a request for 1300 euros. I got back that total winnings from bonus was 230 Euros. I had no bonusmoney on my account when withdrawel was made. I have in chat gotten the information that the funds on my account is not bonusmoney but the financial department refuses to pay me the chatt has now gone silence and they dont answer my questions there. Please help me get my Money.

They claim its the bonus policy but in chat they told me that i dont have any bonus money on my account. I have now made a new withdrawel request of 1300 euros and i have a remaining balance of approx. 550 euros on the account. I have sent them an email where i suggest we meet halv way. I said i can agree with a withdrawel of only 230 euros(thats what they said they would withdraw for me) + the remaining balance. I am waiting for their reply

The casino has now responsens. They gave me 230 euros(if i get them that is..). That means they have talen all the other money, even them i won after bonus was removed. Scoundrals!!

The case is lost anyway, i give up.
They now will transfer the 230 euros(at least they have told me so - dont know before i see them on my account)
They also stated that there is some processfees but no one can answer me what that is or how much it will be. Maybe i just get the 23 euros i deposited ha ha ha
Totally lost confidence in Curaçao/North Cyprus casinos. I urge everyone to stay out of them. The license from Curaçao stands for absolutely nothing...they give that to anyone that pays for it.
