Player's Complaint

I opened an account at Sport Pesa on Friday, and deposited a total of 200 pounds. I was playing the slots and had built the balance up to 339 pounds and all of a sudden it stopped me playing. At this point I simply tried to withdraw my funds and it said I wasn’t authorised.

I went on to webchat and was advised my account had been closed and it would not be reopened. I then asked about my funds and was told I would receive an email from management and would not answer the question as to whether or not I would be reimbursed.

I have asked the question again over webchat several times over the weekend, and yesterday I was told I would receive an email from management by the end of the day. Something that did not happen.

All I want from them is my money back. I have a feeling my account was closed as I self excluded from fun88 last year, and I have since seen that they are operated by the same group.

I have again went on webchat this morning to be given the same response that management would send me an email. I have said to their webchat agent that it feels tantamount to theft as they’re being non commital over the whole episode.

Please can you advise what I could do?

Firstly, if you have self-excluded with Fun88 then you cannot sign-up or play with any of the TGP Europe brands. That includes Sport Pesa. That being the case you will not be paid winnings in this situation, however your deposit should be refunded.

Please give it another week for their management to offer a response and if you don't hear anything let us know and I'll speak to the operator about getting your deposit back.
