Hi, I am lodging a complaint today because i am totally in my right to expect Springbok casino to pay ms out. It started with me making a deposit on friday 15 December that went bust on me, but knowing I am allowed 2free bonuses in between each valid deposit I proceeded to claim their friday no ddposit bonus of R850. I manage to make it through the R60 000 waigering requirements and was then able to put a R1500 withdrawl request in. I then redeemed my Sundayfunday spins, which i had to waiger R5000 through before I would be allowed to cash out. It just so happend thst i got lucky anx once again made the playthrough. Now this is the nond depodit bonus they are refusing to pay out. I aould'nt have even bothered putting a aithdreawl request in if i knew it wouldnt be valid. It would be a waist of time. Thrir terms and conditions clearly state one deposit in between every two none deposits. They make the rules and we suppose to adhere to it but then so should they. They now telling me i have had to many consecutive bonus in a row Which i know is bullshit. When i asked for proof of the so called bonuses they just refuse to answer me. So now i am fed up and i will leave you guys to sort it out, cause they just ignoring me... Please sort it out cause i think they are just muffed thst i got it right to get the to none deposits played through. Regards [EDIT]

I've had a quick look at the Springbok casino terms and conditions and it would appear you are mistaken:

23. Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

The above term is clear that if you claim "two or more" free bonuses winnings can be voided.

But this was only my second bonus, there was no multibale bonuses,dont anybody understand what i am trying to say. The terms and condition says 2 free bonus in between svery 1 real deposit. They are just sour that i won twice in a row on a free bonus which legally they should p6sy out. Other wise their terms and cobdition should say only one free bonus in inbetween every deposit. But by saying 2 free bonus, legally that means, should a customer have deposit then win on both his bonus following his deposit that winnings should be paid out. Because if i do play at springbok next would be with a deposit. But you know what i am not begging some fucked up casino to give me a little back i legally one and adhea6rdd to the coditions of still having to make the play through as well still. So whstever, you wanne take their side so be it, but then soneone should advise them to change their terms to one free bonus cause not willing to pay out 2nd free bonus is breach of gheir own terms and conditiobns.

I'm afraid you are wrong. The terms are very clear in stating "When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings." You used two free bonuses and did not make a deposit between these bonuses. As such are subject to this term and the operator can chose not to pay.

Hi Genevieve1,

I have not seen your play/transaction history. YOU have told us that you claimed two NDB without a deposit between. You are not allowed to do that. The terms are clear:

"When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings"

The "or more" indicates an alternative. It can legitimately be removed as it does not apply to this situation. As such the term as applicable to you is:

"When a customer uses two free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings"

You claimed the Friday bonus, then you claimed the Sunday bonus. If you haven't deposited between these you aren't entitled to the winnings from the second bonus.
