Closed my account in April 2014 I am addicted to gambling and told them I had gambling promblems.
In March 2017 I spoke to the customer adviser I told them I was okay to play and that I would set a deposit limit. I spent a large amount of money. In early June they emailed me with concerns over my spending and I did not set a deposit limit. I was embarrassed and did not reply. My account was closed on 6th June. On 22nd I phoned them to reopen my account, I told them I was fine so they reopened my account. After spending £10000 again I closed my account due to gambling problems, this time they will not reopen
as I admitted to gambling problems. I feel my £10000 should be returned to me. As I admitted gambling problems and I ignored emails from starspins, I feel my account should not have been opened once let alone twice.
Starspins have refused to refund but have said because of gambling responsibiltys they will be pay £9.99 for each device and add gam block to them.
Why would they take responsibilty got my gamling issues.
