Staybet – Nonpayment of money the account is also not restored


Found for the Player - Staybet, as has been seen repeatedly prior to this complaints, have failed to pay this player. They inform us they do intend to pay but have offered no indication of when and are non-responsive to our requests for updates.

I had the verified account.

I have ordered payment in December 2017.

Several months to me made promises about payment.

Then the casino has changed the website, and my account hasn't been restored on the new website.

The support service doesn't respond to my appeals.

The casino has just stolen my money.

Hi avantdir - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

What I can tell you is that Staybet have told us they are experiencing problems and are working to fix them. They have not however given any indication of when players will be paid.

This is obviously entirely unacceptable to us, but there's very little we can do about it.

We'll contact the operator about this issue but my honest expectation is that we won't be able to help you.

So all problem even not in when pay though there have already passed 5 months.
The problem is that they have just removed my account, without having moved it on the new website.

Hi avantdir,

No further information has been forthcoming from Staybet and at this stage there is no indication that they are making efforts to pay players. We don't have any reasonable expectation of this situation changing in the foreseeable future.

All we can suggest at the present time is that you contact Staybet's regulator Curacao eGaming. You can find their seal on the Staybet website which links to their license page and has complaints information.
