Staybet - Withdrawal delay


Resolved - After a short payment delay, Staybet have resolved this issue and the player has received their full payment. We consider this issue Resolved.

Player's Complaint

I deposited 400 into my Staybet account. I placed some bets and some days later I asked a withdrawal of 300 euros. I was told to send them via e-mail my IBAN and SWIFT number as the withdrawal couldn't be processed online. I sent the details they asked and they told me that my withdrawal was registered and it will be processed as soon as possible. There have passed 10 days and till now there is no progress. I always receive the same answer: "as soon as possible".

I had no bonus and my account is verified. So, I cannot understand why there is such a delay... As it is my first withdrawal and as I don't receive any exact answer, I am a bit worried...

I've spoken with StayBet about this issue. They inform me that the payment has indeed been sent, recognise that it should not have taken this long to arrive and apologise for the delay and ask that you wait a few more days and it should be with you.

I'll follow up with you next week to confirm receipt and if you still don't have your funds then chase this again with the operator.
