Player's Complaint

I received an email 8/1 indicating funds would be sent 8/2 or early this week at the lastest. Nothing has been sent. I have contacted live chat daily regarding withdrawal and they have no explanation in why not sent and just keep stating an email will be sent when done. I have emailed [email protected] as well as [email protected] ( the parent company). In the past I have received as indicated in their first email. Main Street told me they payout based on vip level but no indication of what those specifics are. I have received quickly in past and once even by crediting the card used which occurs instantly. I am at a loss as to what the problem is. Thx for any assistance.

While I appreciate your frustration you need to allow the operator some time to resolve this issue internally before looking for 3rd party intervention. If you haven't received your funds by Friday the 16th of August let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
