Dear Sir or Madam, I honestly feel completely ripped off. I opened an account at Sunmaker Casino on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in or register immediately, because my account was suddenly blocked after registration. Then I wrote to support and they said I already registered in 2017. However, I told them that I had never had an account before and that someone had created an account in my data because I recently opened my very first bank account. Then Sammaker promised to activate the new account. Everything OK. Then I had access to my account which I registered recently and I then deposited € 100 directly and claimed the welcome bonus of € 100. Then after one day I won € 600 and immediately afterwards my account was immediately blocked because I allegedly violated the bonus guidelines, but that can't be! I played normally according to the correct bonus guidelines! I assume that they deliberately let me open an account with sunmaker sunnyplayer and then I lost € 100 with sunnyplayer. Of course they are gone and I was banned from sunmaker. Madness! I have everything in writing where they wrote that they would activate my new account and I even wrote that I had never had an account with them. They knew that and why did they unlock me again and then lock me again after 1 day! What's that about?! I ask you to help me here, I feel really ripped off! Now they pretend they don't know anything. i want all my winnings back! I have everything in writing! I hope you will take the time to help me understand my problem. thanks

Dear customer, Due to the violation of our terms and conditions and bonus rules, the deposit amount for Sunnyplayer will not be reimbursed, but only for the partner site sunnyplayer.de, as this involved a double chance of your placed bets on the same pairing.

I just do not understand. They claim I have broken the rules, why are they blocking my account? Why do they only want to pay me back € 100, even though I've paid a total of € 200.

This is completely fraud, they block my account because I allegedly violated bonus rules and then they don't even want to repay my entire money !!

yes, I was heard from both of them. but with sunnyplayer i don't have any money on it. only at sunmaker are 600 €. I withdrew € 100 from both of them and I was only reimbursed my deposit at sunmaker and at sunnyplayer they don't even want to return my deposit despite I was.

I just do not understand! they block me and don't even want to refund my entire deposits. and above all I have 500 € bonus money which I still have to unlock!

Unfortunately, I don't know exactly which game I bet. I know That i placed at sunnplayer win and at sunmaker lose.

In that case there is nothing we can do to help you. These operators carry clear terms prohibiting doing this:

"If two or more bets are placed on different results of the same bet or the same event (sports and casino), the entire bonus is void. This regulation applies to the individual websites as well as to the partner sites of PlayCherry Ltd. respectively ComeOn!. Failure to comply with any of the above terms will invalidate the bonus and any winnings made with the bonus."
