Player's Complaint
Back in May, I used a 50% 300 Euro bonus from Sunnyplayer and wagered all of it with bets on sport events. I also did this several times before on Sunnyplayer and never had a single problem.
After reaching the required wagerings I had 5.830,84 Euro in my account. Then, I wanted to withdraw the whole amount but unfortunately I have received an email from Sunnyplayer Management that my bonus funds have been removed and I will only receive the real money amount. They sent me the amount of 3789,20 Euro which they say is the amount that was my own money and removed the bonus funds from my account. Thus, I am still missing the amount of 2041,64 Euro.
I immediately asked for the reason why they would remove my bonus funds and they answered the day after saying: In addition to the general rule that the bonus provided can be withdrawn, the decisive factor here is the fact that you have gained an unjustified advantage by placing bets on your accounts. This risk minimization violates the bonus terms.
This stated above is the final answer on the case from Sunnyplayer. Earlier, they more or less sent general messages which were in no way specific to my case as there was no proven mistake which I might have done.
So for me atleast, again the final answer from them does not show a reason which allows them to remove my funds.
I hope you are able to help me out here.
