It has been over a month since the withdrawal has been approved and the casino has not actioned the payment. Everything has been checked through,there is nothing outstanding,the account is fully verified,the amount is clear from bonuses and they have been stalling.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

After a month and a half, having contacted the casino personnel several times they decided to pay the full amount (1200 euros) in bitcoin, minus 40 euros "handling fee".....

if it takes so long there is no point playing. I consider myself to be very lucky.

I think that posting a complaint here helped speed up the process.

However, we cannot take credit for you getting your funds. This page is currently private (the operator cannot see it), we have contacted the operator, but they haven't responded, nor have we passed them the details of your complaint. As much as we'd love to take credit, you're eventual payment has been a coincidence rather than a consequence of your complaint.
