Found for the Player - Sunset Slots were entirely unresponsive to our efforts to communicate with them about this issue. As such this complaint has to be found in the player's favour.

Player's Complaint

was told all paperwork and bonus plays were met. I submitted a withdrawal and it was declined. i called them and they said i didn't have my bonus of $40 met. then they told me i would have to spend $2800 more to meet this requirement!!! when i made my last 2 deposits i asked the acct mgr to remove the bonus which he did.

Hi isnoop,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact this operator about this issue Sunset Slots have been entirely unresponsive to our efforts. I have no reasonable expectations at this stage of this position changing.

On top of this, SunSet Slots are regulated in Curacao by an unknown Master License holder, meaning that we cannot even refer you on to a higher authority.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help resolving this issue!
