Player's Complaint

Hello, my name is [EDIT] and I am from [EDIT], Thailand.

I have an account at with username [EDIT].

I opened my account on November 2021 and since then I made many deposits using BTC. I was able to win a small amount but their minimum withdrawal amount is 150 EUR which I have to wager 3times my deposit and so I did. Then during the time that I am waiting for my withdrawal, I also sent all the documents they asked for and followed all of their requirements. After waiting for a while they verified my documents but then they told me that I need to deposit once every 30 days. I lost and tried to deposit again and again because I have to wager 3 times my deposit and win at least 150 EUR because that is the minimum withdrawal amount. And when I made a new withdrawal and for a while they asked for additional documents. I have been doing this depositing, wagering and withdrawing for more than 4 months already. And after a lot of my time and effort exhausted they they refused to pay to BTC because of, they said "technical issues". Ridiculous because I did not experience any technical issues when depositing to BTC. Then they told me they can pay to Master card and I have to verify my card. I did that but then again they have technical issues.

So they recommended "jeton". I don't have jeton account and don't know what that is.

And now my casino balance is 205.33 EUR and they still refused to pay to BTC because of technical issues.

I also told them that they can pay me with these methods : Bitcoin - used for deposit, Ecopayz, Neteller, Bank Transfer but they did not reply.

And then yesterday I tried to do a bank transfer withdrawal but IBAN is required. THE BANKS IN COUNTRY THAILAND DO NOT HAVE IBAN but live chat is insisting for it.


Please help me get my hard earned money.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
