Player's Complaint
I self excluded on 23 April on Superior Casino and it's sister sites. I logged onto my online banking today and they have taken £380 out of my bank account in numerous transactions. I have reported to my bank any advise how l can get my cash back thank you.

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Superior Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to assist you with this issue. Where you are claiming that payments/transactions have been engaged without your permission you are claiming that a crime has been committed. As such this needs to be investigated by your bank and reported to your local police. It is beyond the remit of this service.
