Supreme Play – Withdrawal problems

Player's Complaint

I joined this casino and actually won some money so I tried to withdraw it on 6th Sept2013, their terms state 24 hours, eventually they sent me the mail requesting verification which I filled in and sent back, this docs were accepted but then still nothing, I was then asked for someone to call me for more verification but every time I arrange a time they do not call, then eventually Michelle called me, verified everything and said the withdrawal would be made, but still nothing. their customer service are clueless and will not help/ it has now been two weeks and I am still waiting.

Please help?

Hi abrown1,

Apologies for the delay posting this complaint - due to some sever server issues throughout September we lost a substantial amount of content and this is me just replacing it.

I think this issue has now been resolved, but I am due to speak with a member of Supreme Play management tomorrow, so please update me if this is still an ongoing problem.

Hi abrown1,

I've been in contact with Supreme Play management today and they inform me that the delay in payment was due to being unable to reach you for the required phone call verification. They also inform me that the payment was made a few days after this complaint was initially submitted and that you've continued to play since this point.

Combined with this - and I completely appreciate this is in large part my fault due to the site downtime - I haven't heard back from you and as such I'm going to assume that this issue is resolved and close this complaint.

If there are any further issues or any of the above is not factual please don't hesitate to get in touch.
