Player's Complaint

I singned up to Sven-play casino 16.5.2021. I have not played in the Sven-play casino earlier. I took a part to welcome campaign. I deposit 100€ and got 200€ as a welcome bonus. I completed wagering requirement and after that I had 4481€ winnings on my account. I tried to withdraw my winnings. However, my withdrawal request was rejected and my balance was "corrected down". After that, I had 400€ in my gaming account and 4081€ was disappeared somewhere. I have tried to contact them, but they have not answered on the chat. In addition, Sven-play has deleted my gaming, deposit and withdrawal history from their site. I have screenshots from them. I have not done anything wrong.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, MADRE. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
