Found for the Casino - Contrary to this player's claim, they have in fact been using a VPN which is clearly prohibited in the Sven-Play terms of use.

Player's Complaint

I won 3047€ like 2 months ago. I uploaded 12 documents and IDs and different kind of a proof of me and where I live etc. They always came up something new to proof as I tried to withdraw. One time withdrawal wasn't rejected but It never came to my account, and it wasn't in the Sven-play account either. I tried to ask about that but they never replied to my emails and via chat they just didn't answer either. So after all they accused that I have used VPN and they just wiped my account to 0€. I don't even own VPN !? I have done everything they asked for and send selfies and all kind of personal information and for what ? Absolute nothing.. Im pissed, please help me. I have some screenshots of my Sven-play balance when I had 3k , they're on my computer.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you. It is a straightforward matter to confirm that you are in fact using a VPN and this operator clear terms prohibiting the use of VPNs. That being the case the operator are within their rights to consider your account void.
