Hello. My problem with the Svenbet casino started when I asked for payment.28.05 I won over 3000 $, I ordered a payment of 1000 $, because this is the daily limit. I was asked to send documents, ID card, last utility bill, proof of payment to my casino account, selfie with ID card. I sent all these documents. I got the answer from the casino that my account is correctly verified. At the end I was asked to get a bank account, which I have. That's also sent. In the meantime, I kept playing the money I had on the casino account. in total, I won $ 9,000. And here the problem started, because the money in the account disappeared. The casino accused me of using VPN. For me, it is a misunderstanding. I sat down and started reading what VPN is. I have read that this is a program in which you can be anonymous on the Internet. How can I be anonymous ?! My IP address is always visible, and my location also. I live in poland. My IP address is also from Poland. What is the problem? I am asking for help.

Hi Elka1203,

I've concluded a long conversation with Svenbet about this issue. They assert that you have been utilising a VPN or some other method of disguising your IP address. If this was the case it would unquestionably contravene their terms and conditions and we would support the operator. However, what the operator has been able to present to support this claim can at best be described as thin and we're certainly not prepared to base a ruling on it.

Throughout this conversation the operator has been obstructive in their management approach and without any sound ground for their decision that we can see we have no choice but to support your claim.

Thank you very much for your help in my case.   From the beginning, I knew that this casino would be a problem reading information about Svenbet on the Internet. There are a lot of people [EDIT], which Svenbet took away money unjustly.    All the time, please, Svenbet, for detailed proof of the alleged use of VPN, I did not receive this evidence because they do not exist. I have never used VPN and the casino knows it perfectly.     I do not want to be fooled anymore. That no one would pay even $ 1 in Svenbet.     I hope that one day the casino will [EDIT] will disappear from websites.    Thank you again, for trying to solve my problem.
