Hello. My problem with the Svenbet casino started when I asked for payment.28.05 I won over 3000 $, I ordered a payment of 1000 $, because this is the daily limit. I was asked to send documents, ID card, last utility bill, proof of payment to my casino account, selfie with ID card. I sent all these documents. I got the answer from the casino that my account is correctly verified. At the end I was asked to get a bank account, which I have. That's also sent. In the meantime, I kept playing the money I had on the casino account. in total, I won $ 9,000. And here the problem started, because the money in the account disappeared. The casino accused me of using VPN. For me, it is a misunderstanding. I sat down and started reading what VPN is. I have read that this is a program in which you can be anonymous on the Internet. How can I be anonymous ?! My IP address is always visible, and my location also. I live in poland. My IP address is also from Poland. What is the problem? I am asking for help.
