Player's Complaint
7.10. I made registration
7.10. I won some money and request a withdraw
I received email from Syndicate stating:
"The Syndicate clan congrats you on your win! To proceed with your recent withdrawal request please upload the following required documents. It won’t take long and will help us additionally protect the safety of your gaming funds.
ID
Proof of address (utility etc)
E-wallet screenshot
Please upload the requested documents at Syndicate.casino website at your Profile page under the Settings tab in Docs Verification section."
No word about 14 days to send my documents.
Next day Syndicate casino canceled my withdraw.
After I finally received my bank statement I tried to login and finally upload my documents for verification but my account was already blocked.
When I ask live support what is going on I got answer:
"Thank you for contacting us!
I am writing to inform that unfortunately, your account has been blocked due to a violation of the following point of our Terms and Conditions:
3.3.5 If you do not or cannot provide us with such information within 14 days or such information is not satisfactory, we may lock or restrict your Member Account and any returns, deposits, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued will be retained by Syndicate.casino, since you have failed to pass the KYC procedure.
I am sorry, but there is no opportunity to reopen it.
Best regards,
Manager of the game club, [EDIT]."
If I knew about this incomprehensible "rule" of 14 days to send documents which is unbelievable, I could not get my bill statement before I get if from the bank.
This "term" is made only to trick players and to have any reason not to pay winnings. I have never seen anything like this at any casino website.
Please be aware of this casino, I am sure they have many more tricks up there sleeves!
