Player's Complaint
I played and won with their sign up bonus of 25 free spins. They said I had to deposit $ 10 to withdraw. I did this and a total of $ 117 could be withdrawn and I requested a withdrawal ... They said the withdrawal process would take 5 days. After 5 days, they did not withdraw. When I asked the reason, they replied: We have checked your account and we want to inform you that this account was closed due to several discrepancies in it. Please note that this decision is irrevocable ...... and after that I emailed them several times to explain, but they treated me rudely and disrespectfully and gave no explanation. In fact, they not only did not give me the win, but also [EDIT] $ 10 from me. It was my first time registering there. Reasons like having multiple accounts, which are usually for non-payment, do not convince me at all ... If this is not their reason for not paying, they should disclose my account information or other accounts. How long do these casinos want to continue this scam ???

To be clear - the operator have refused to pay you on the grounds that they believe you have opened multiple accounts and you assert that you have not operated multiple accounts. Is that correct?
