Player's Complaint

I registered at Tangiers in the beginning of November. I made a couple of deposits but had no win and finally on my fifth deposit I won 2 800 EUR. Of course I was very happy about this. So, I checked the verification page and after that due to work issues I did not have a chance to complete the verification process. Around beginning of December I checked my account, I actually had a chat here and they told me that I have not completed the wagering. I was shocked, how could this happen???? So, I wrote to the casino that I would like to check my game history. I got the response that it was not possible because the time frame was too long. Now, I have a very serious doubt about what the casino is claiming. But the casino does not provide me with the opportunity to check this...

I've had a lengthy discussion with Tangiers Casino regarding this issue and have reviewed your game history. You completed 99.3% of your wagering requirement. This means that the wagering requirement was not completed before the expiration date. That being the case the operator are within their rights to void the win.

However, as the remaining wagering requirement was significantly less than the balance I've pointed out to the operator that the entire remaining wagering requirement could be considered lost bets and it would still result in a significant profit for you. The operator has considered this and decided to honour your balance despite the technical failure to complete the wagering requirements.
