Tangiers - Wouldn't close my account when asked

Player's Complaint
I reached out to Tangiers casino to close my account and they wouldn't instead they tried to coax me into staying. I have emails proving this and also on the chat line I explained I had a gambling problem but nothing was done. I also tried to withdraw money but they make it incredibly hard to do this, I uploaded all my documents but the credit card authority form as you have to print it out sign and send back so had to wait till I went to work, Because I do have a gambling I then went back in and lost all my money I'd requested to withdraw. I then asked to close my account which they ignored saying we can find a solution blah blah blah I then proceeded to deposit another $600. I feel they have failed with their responsible gambling by not closing my account and therefore I would like all my money back from 12 January. Thank you

Before going any further, can you provide me with any communications with the operator where you clearly told them you had a gambling problem?
