Good afternoon,
Today marks the 8th working day since my withdrawal of £400 and I still haven't received my winnings in my bank account. It also marks the 6th working day since my withdrawal of £500 and again I've not received the funds in my bank account yet.
From experience oversees bank transfer doesn't usually take over 5 working days to be cleared. Checked with my bank this morning and they cannot see any incoming payments from you.
Red lion are simply saying that they have processed my withdrawals and that I will receive them as soon as possible, they are failing to provide me with any evidence of them sending me the funds.
Can you please help with this.

First of all allow us to apologise for the dreadful delay towards receiving your withdrawals, we are fully aware of the situation and doing whatever possible to speed up the process for you as we value you for playing with us.
Due to the sheer volume of withdraws it's causing a few technical issues which are being repaired as we speak as well as complications from our payment providers so the process has been slowed down, but we have been assured that your payments have been escalated to full priority.
Thank you for the patience as well as understanding of the situation so far and we once again apologise for the delay.
We would like to inform you that we are aware of your requests and you will receive your payment as soon as possible.
Because we value as a customer we have added 200 real money in your account.

Hi,
Hope you can help, I withdrew £500 on 13th December and I still haven't received my winnings. Their support team have also stopped replying to my emails querying this.

Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.
As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. The Red Lion Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
