Wont take your much time , just want to know if you guys are able to help in below case :
I have an account on Theredlioncasino (theredlioncasino.com) and have balance of £12,000 plus £500 pending withdrawal
Now these guys are not processing my withdrawal , see attached been 25 days and not processing neither replying to mails . Send over 20 reminder mails but no response now.
I have even requested to close my account and return my full balance but no reply to mails ?
My account is verified n don't have any bonus too.
I can forward chain of mails etc whatever proof is required ?

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. The Red Lion Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
