The casino is not listed in your dropdown but I was told via email to submit a complaint via here.
I have deposited and lost over 20k over a few weeks https://theredlioncasino.com
Initially, the VIP manager was very responsive offering bonsues etc. For the past 3 weeks, I send them an email every few days as part of responsible gambling to close my account down and there's not even an acknowledgment of my email. Despite repeated requests this company is acting irresponsibily and very unprofessional. I think this company is a scam just after people's money and refusing to answer emails.

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. The Red Lion Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
You have played with an unlicensed operator who do not answer to anyone and set their own rules with regard to 'responsible gambling'. In fact, given that this operator is widely promoted on sites that are directly targeting traffic they know to be UK gambling addicts, in our opinion it would be reasonable to suggest that this operator was set-up specifically to exploit gambling addiction. We'll try to contact the operator but there is very little chance of a successful mediation in this circumstance.
