i sent complaint at MGA but they said me to send here to you also.

i have 1187 usd balance at my account at WITHDRAWBLE WALLET..BONUS WALLET i have 0 usd ..because all my funds trasferd at withdrawble wallet i was sure im ok with my roll over..different how is possible the funds to be withdrawble ? its not normal..tipbet at least they stopped business iin ghana and i was not able to login at my account..at least someone help me and with vpn i did login..i didnt know about vpn and i was not able to login..i was surprised when i saw my balance its 100 usd and they said me about bonus happen this..very big lies..they did 1 month to verify my account for i dont try to withdraw even when my bonus isnbt expired but at least the big scam is the withdrawble wallet..they re dangerous..im lucky because i did photo with my balance at withdrawble wallet and you can see also the bonbus wallet is 0..i can send you the photo.thanks

Hi aboanor,

I've reviewed your play history with Tipbet and sadly we cannot support your claim.

On the 18th of February at 08:40:56 server time, you made a deposit of $100 and received a bonus of $100. This bonus carried a wagering requirement of 10x(deposit+bonus) [$2000].

The bonus also carried the following term:

"7. The current bonus expires 30 days after the day it has been awarded. If the customer has not fulfilled the wagering requirements of the bonus in the given time, the bonus amount and the winnings will be removed."

You then started wagering. You placed your last bet within the validity period on the 15th of March at 10:11:58 server time taking your total wagers during the validity period to $1566.10 meaning that you were $433.90 short of completing the wagering requirements.

As you have not met the wagering requirements within the 30 day validity period the bonus has expired and as such the bonus and associated winnings have been removed from your account, leaving you with your original deposited funds.
