Player's Complaint

Good day. My name is [EDIT]. Login on - [EDIT].

Bookmaker blocked my account and denied to pay current balance 473 euro. As I understand, they accuse me of being part of a syndicate. What?!

This is absolute nonsense. This is my personal account. I have been playing on it for almost 2 years, the account has been verified, there were several deposits, there were witdrawals from the account. The bookmaker paid before without question.

During the last withdrawal in June, the Tipbet firstly requested a document with the address, although the address was previously verified. After then generally closed the account and said they would not pay the money.

All information was given to me in the chat. Tipbet even don't answer on my emails.

Please help me to get my money. I submitted all documents for verification. I am ready to receive payment to a bank account.

I've spoken to Tipbet. They inform me that they have closed all accounts for your country of residence and that your balance has been returned to your Skrill account. Can you check and confirm receipt of your funds?
