Tipbet - Unable to withdraw funds


Resolved - Tipbet has informed us that this player has been paid. The player has been non-responsive to our requests for updates so we assume they are happy.

Player's Complaint

I have funds that I have tried to withdraw from Tipbet a couple of weeks now. First they request different documents one by one. Every single time it takes almost a week them to request more. First I had submitted ID and proof of residency and then they started asking more and more. Never telling what is enough. All the time coming up new document requests and the avoiding my contaacts. I tried to contact them via chat and e-mails but most of times i was blocked from chat and never got reply for e-mails. Sometimes I got into the chat and then accepted my documentation. Now they declined my withdrawal and are ghosting again. They didnt give any kind of explanation about why withdrawal was declined.

Yes. I have submitted all four documents requested and they have verified all of them (identity document, proof of residence, Skrill screenshot and selfie with ID). The withdrawal is once again in pending status. We'll see what they come up this time.
