Player's Complaint

Hello,

I deposited Tipbet casino for 160 euros on November 1st and got a 100% deposit bonus. I played Gates of Olympus game and won a total of 1,320,16 euros with my own money. However, I wasn’t sure if it was a non sticky bonus. I went to look at my account summary, which listed the breakdown of funds. "Blocked Balance" was 160 euros. The "Withdrawable amount" was 1320,16 euros. So I thought I could withdraw my winnings now and went to the next chat. I told the customer service representative that I wanted to withdraw 1320,16 euros and cancel the bonus. The customer service representative reassured me once again that I wanted to cancel the bonus. To which I replied "yes I want and I make a withdrawal request for 1320,16 euros". The customer service representative canceled the bonus and my money disappeared. I only had 160 euros left in my account, which was the amount of my deposit. I told the customer service representative twice before he cancel bonus that I wanted to withdraw the 1320,16 euros that appeared in my account as "Withdrawable amount". I asked the customer service representative to return the money but nothing happened. Now I need your help to get the money I won. I also have a picture of my account with "Blocked balance" and "Withdrawable amount" clearly visible. In addition to this, I have pictures of our conversation with the customer service representative.
