Player's Complaint

I created and account on Tonybet last year and was verified by providing the relevant documents that they requested. I recently decided to visit the site again and managed to withdraw £300.00. Tonybet are however refusing to pay me as the identification I was originally verified with, which was my driving license, has expired. I dont see how this can be a problem as my account has already been verified. I have explained to them that I haven't renewed my driving license as of yet and the only other identification I have now is my birth certificate.

I'm afraid that KYC policies are an ongoing responsibility for operators and should be refreshed where documentation goes out of date. While I understand your frustration, this is an operator adhering to best practice. All we can advise you do is renew your driving license or obtain other government issued photo ID.
