Hi I've been trying to cash out from these for over a week now and I know what there like as I had the same problem with goliath casino until I messaged you then they payed me out but now I'm having the same problem with top tally and funnily enough they have the same software as the other one that tried it

I've spoken to the operator regarding this issue. Apparently during the verification process you provided a copy of your credit card upon which the expiry date did not match that which you entered when depositing. The operator asked you to explain this but did not receive any response from you.
In the interim you have apparently played down your balance.
If the above is accurate I'm afraid to say there's nothing we can do for you. Can you confirm the above?
