Found for the Player - TopBet Casino have failed to offer any response to this player's complaint. As such we have no choice but to rule in favour of the player.

Player's Complaint

I am 30 days into not receiving my payout. The website says the payout will take 15-20 business days but that has not happened. This is not the first time either. When I call, they blame the 3rd party for the delay but I do not give my money to a third party so I am not concern about that. I just want my money.

After repeated attempts to raise this issue with TopBet they offered no response what-so-ever.

At this stage I have no reasonable expectations of this situation changing in the near future.

Unfortunately there's nothing further I can recommend you do. Sorry we cannot be of further help!
