Trada - wont refund deposits wrongly took

I wish to the tradacasino /aspire global investigated with immediate effect .they allowed me to deposit £541 in less than 2hours asked for no documents and they state that they full verified myself (if they verified myself they would of seen i was a problem gambler and i had multpile accounts with them also and tgere sister sites to which no deposits should never of been taken in first place. I have now waited 2weeks for them to investigate to get all refunded and i have sent over x65 emails and not one response when i phine them they state no uodate and hang uo phone. I have lawyer involved and seeked advice and by law uk they must refubd all . They keep ignoring me and im getting nowhere.also the transactions shouldnt of been authorised as i have a gambling transactuon feeeze on my bank account so no authroisation was guven .
