Player's Complaint

I submitted a withdrawal request on 3/28 for $600. I submitted all the required documents on 4/12 in order to complete the withdrawal process. The withdrawal is still in pending status. Please see chat: from 4/19:

11 : 01 : 36 ([EDIT]): Hi [EDIT], how are you? Can I interest you in a bonus today?

11 : 06 : 58 (Me): Hi not today. Can you please tell me when I’m going to get my winnings? I sent in my documents about a week ago.

11 : 07 : 28 ([EDIT]): checking

11 : 07 : 54 ([EDIT]): Did you send the utility Bill

11 : 08 : 04 ([EDIT]): and [EDIT]

11 : 08 : 17 (Me): Yes I sent all documents.

11 : 08 : 30 ([EDIT]): Ok so if it was a week ago it hasnt been approved yet

11 : 08 : 34 ([EDIT]): Please allow a few more days

11 : 08 : 50 (Me): Ok thank you.

*requested withdrawal on 3/28. Sent documents via email on 4/12.*

It’s now 5/3 and still no action taken. Please assist. Thank you.

Before going any further I need to make you aware that Tropica Casino are Blacklisted at this service and are part of a group that are routinely non-responsive to complaints submitted to us. Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Tropica Casino about this issue we have received no response what-so-ever from the operator.

Given that Tropica do not provide a link to their license provider I'm sorry to say there's not even anyone we can refer you on to.
