Hi there. My account was disabled yesterday and my funds of over $34,000NZD confiscated. This was my first deposit and I used skrill to deposit. Beforehand id put money in my partners account to grab me a paysafecard while he was out but he forgot and felt bad he forgot he transferred it out if his bank account into our skrill, so he didnt have to go out and find a store etc... I say OUR account because in my mind its our account. We have been together almost 10 years and have 3 kids together. Live together. Have shared assetts. When i used the skrill account i overlooked the fact that it is in his name. It can only be in 1 name. 1 phone number etc. And if im honest even then i automatically didnt feel like those type of terms applied to me simply because im not illegally stealing from anyone. Im certainly not laundering any money. And it was my 20 dollars.. My 20 dollars that he didnt buy my paysafecard with so in turn put it on the skrill. I really never could have thought about what a huge problem this would be. I have deposited via skrill on a few other casinos and more then once and it was never flagged or brung to my attention that i was doing anything wrong. I wasnt trying to deceive the casino. I definately had no malicious intent when i made tge deposit. I was unaware of my mistake so much so that i continued to submit all documents verifying who i am. My licence. Proof of address. Government document just as extra precaution of proof and then continued to play. Another thing which in my mind is worth noting After depositing i didnt receive my bonus so i enquired and this was due to depositing via skrill and no bonus is applied .. In which case, then why wasnt it brung up at that point... I just really feel like it all is just a huge misunderstanding. That would have been easy to sort out if the sum of money wasnt such a large amount. Even the transcript of the conversation that ensued after i realized my account was diasbled still hasnt arrived conveniently. But i will provide anything and everything needed to resolve this..
