Found for the Casino - While we sympathise with the player's frustrations that had their bets been accepted they would have won, this does not in of itself provide any grounds to conclude the operator cheated.
Read our Turbico Casino Review.
I am complaining about an intentionally malicious intervention in my roulette game at " N1 Turbico" on the evening of August 30th, 2023. After I had started betting on numbers with one euro each and then bet on €72 on fifteen numbers My bet was rejected and my hit came, number 23, which I had also bet at €72 and was therefore deprived of €2,520 in winnings. As the game progressed, I lost all of my capital because I was confused. I hereby claim damages in the full amount of €1,744 and profit of €2,520. I am requesting a refund of €4,264
Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to thank you very much for your comprehensive assessment and would like to send you the evidence as I have the entire game on video. I would also be happy to send you screenshots of the crucial [EDIT] activity in advance, but I can't find a button here to upload these images.
I'd love to hear from you again. Best regards
[EDIT]
Hi Baron1001,
A video showing that your bets were declined is not evidence that the operator has known in advance what the outcome of the spin was going to be and as such decided to reject your bets. All it shows is that you have coincidentally had your bets rejected on a spin that would have resulted in a win.
We appreciate your frustration, but a video of the round of play would not be sufficient to evidence that you have been cheated in this case.
Sorry we couldn't be of further help.

Hi Baron1001 - welcome to ThePOGG.com.
Please ensure you have read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that fully understand how our complaint management process functions.
As we are the ADR for the N1 Interactive Ltd license under the Malta Gaming Authority license there is certain information we have to provide you now.
You can find all the relevant information about this service here – http://thepogg.com/terms-of-use/ and the terms of use for our complaint service here - https://thepogg.com/terms-of-use-for-dispute-resolution-service/
To summarise.
– Use of this service does not preclude your seeking redress through court proceedings .
– This service is free to use for both the complainant and operator.
– At any point during the procedure the submitting party retains the right to withdraw their complaint. This does not preclude our right to continue the discussion with the involved operator of general issues related to the complaint (i.e. insufficiently clear terms and conditions).
– You are not obliged to obtain independent or legal advice or representation, though you may choose to do so.
Firstly, declined bets are a normal part of play on live games. Had the spin resulted in a loss you wouldn't be here complaining. So what you're really suggesting is that the operator knew you bets would result in you winning and as such selectively rejected your bet. You would need to have very substantial evidence, beyond the circumstantial that had your bets been accepted you would have won, to evidence the claim to the degree that would evidence that the operator were engaged in large scale cheating as your submission suggests.
If you have further evidence that would demonstrate cheating, feel free to present it, but simply having bets rejected is not sufficient to evidence this claim.
Furthermore, what you seem to be suggesting is that this event - the rejection of your bets - confused you about the nature of your interaction with the game to the point that you placed sufficient bets that resulted in you losing a further €1744. Even if we consider you to have bet at the previous levels and lost every single bet after this (a further 25 spins of the wheel and around an hour of play), you were so disorientated to be mentally incapacitated.
While we understand your frustration that had your bets been accepted on a previous spin you would have won, without evidence of cheating this would not support your claim that you were mentally incapacitated to the point that you could not control your subsequent decisions.
We realise this is not the response you will want to receive, but you will need substantial supporting evidence to demonstrate that the operator has cheated you in this manner. The claims you are making are extremely serious.
