If I'm understanding your complaint correctly you feel that you have lost an unreasonable amount on the games that you specify and are requesting a refund on this basis?

The games you've chosen are all slots games and as such are what is called "high variance". This means that players will experience rare big wins and extended periods of losses. Unless you have millions of spins worth of data it would not be possible to demonstrate that your losses are anything other than normal.
