Player's Complaint

After a few past unfair scrutiny’s I’ve had to face with Twin this one takes the cake. Recently tried to withdrawal a $1,000 dollars. It took a few days I decided to take money back cancel withdrawal and made it to $2,000 dollars. This time I was gonna take my money. A few days passed. Withdrawal was still pending. So I reached out to the chat. They provided me with a list of options I could choose from to provide proof of where I get my money from to gamble with??? First of all this is a massive Overreach. If there so concerned with that they should do it before they accept my money. Anyways I haven’t worked in the oilfield in months. I didn’t have paystubs to provide. But one of there options was gambling winnings as a source. GREAT. I reminded fed them that a week prior they had paid me out $4,000.00 dollars. They wanted proof that THEY PAID ME??? So I gave them a screenshot of the email that confirmed the 4,000 dollar etransfer. Nope they said. We need a PDF (keep in mind they know I’m trying to provide proof that they (Twin) paid out gambling winnings to justify my playing later and winning $2,000 dollars). So I figure out how to create my own PDF of April 14th 2022 showing the $4,000 dollars they gave me. I sent it to them. That must be it right??? Nope there was some things I understood like my name wasn’t on the account page I sent. I could wait to get my month end E statement which is available in PDF but before I could relay that to them. They also cited….THAT IT HAD TO COME FROM A DIFFERENT CASINO!! [EDIT] Especially when they knew before my intention was to prove they paid me out money I used to gamble with later on.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Slottica do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Also they flat out screwed me over. The list of income source options given to me listed gambling winnings. So I used that option THEY gave me and what better scenario is it when also that Gambling entity that paid me out 4,000 dollars right before this disputed withdrawal was none other then them

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
