Player's Complaint

Opened an account with Unibet, verified electronically. Made 99 deposits. 2 of these were from my PayPal account, 97 were from 2 debit cards belonging to my partner. We have different addressss.

Made 2 withdrawals £650 each. Both of these were paid to partners card. Then won and tried to withdraw £3,600 tried to withdraw several different ways all of which were refused. Ended up spending the money.

I understand casinos are supposed to kyc? I find it extremely difficult to believe that 97 deposits from a card not registered to myself was noticed. Both Ladbrokes and William hill would not allow me to deposit using her card.

Unibet have closed my account, I have followed their complaints process which is 1 email and get 1 email dismissing complaint.

I believe that deposits made from partners card should be returned. Unibet have in the past refunded deposits to a player who used his dads card. This complaint and outcome is visible to the general public on university forum. I believe this should set precedents. I do not understand how one player can be refunded for the same complaint but another is refused.
