Hello. the problem is not solved. They constantly ask me to send them a screenshot of a skrill or a neteller, I tell them that the skrill and neteller does not work in Kyrgyzstan and I ask them to send money by bank transfer.

it seems to me that they are just playing for time, hoping that I will give up this case.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA.
