All operators retain the right, within their terms of use, to use a different payment method to the method of deposit. This may be enforced for a number of technical or security based reasons. You have agreed to this at point of registration.

Hello. I contacted support on February 15, when I received a letter stating that I would be blocked on February 26. I asked them to withdraw my funds by any means, even by bank transfer. Hello. the problem is not solved. They constantly ask me to send them a screenshot of a skrill or a neteller, I tell them that the skrill and neteller does not work in Kyrgyzstan and I ask them to send money by bank transfer.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA.
