Unibet - blocked account, stolen money

Player's Complaint

I created my account recently, I deposited totally 315 EUR and started to play, I had lucky mostly on soccer and table tennis, then I decided to withdraw, 4500 EUR plus I have another 2500 EUR on my account. My ID card was verified before this, but now they wanted to verify my address, so I sent them an utility bill. Meanwhile of course my withdrawals were not processed, they were pending. One week later I saw that they rejected my document, went to their chat and they did not give me any reason why was this declined, they said send different proof of address. I uploaded my bank statement. Then it stalled to an another three weeks, they did not verify it. The support always said the same, the relevant department is still checking my document, be patient, etc. Then meanwhile I got an email that my account is frozen, finally yesterday (dec 11) I received the email that my account is now blocked and I can't log in. I've read many stories on different forums that if an account is blocked, they send a final email that you broke the terms and conditions (not explaining further) and the money is confiscated. It is obvious for me that because of my winning (I made 7000 EUR from my 315 EUR deposit), they don't want to process my withdrawals, rather they want to keep it.

UPDATE : On 14th December they sent out 315 EUR to my skrill, which is my deposit only. Nothing else, no email why is my account blocked, where is the rest of my balance (another 6700 EUR). I need my full balance! Please help me!

UPDATE 2 : Unibet sent me an email that the account remains closed and my money is frozen. This is unacceptable. I did not break their rules! I played on my account, nobody else. I did not violated any of their rules. I placed straight and valid bets and because I made a huge win from a smaller deposit, they don't want to pay me out. They violate their own rules while they accuse me with alleged charges without showing any evidence. Therefore I say again : unibet must pay out my full balance!

Thanks

Hi orsim68 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi orsim68,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
