Hello, I am reaching out to you because Unibet closed my account today. I opened my account with Unibet in the beginning of October and gave a go in the casino but had no luck and lost. I was asked to send verification documents and after that Unibet confirmed my account was verified and I was free to join the tables again. I then deposited money to play in the sport and casino again. I placed a few bets on a basketball game. After the game finished I placed a withdrawal request after which my account was blocked. I was asked to send selfies of me with with the verification documents after which I kept on chasing on them for 5 days to provide me with an update. This morning I received an email saying the following Dear [EDIT],Thank you for contacting Unibet Support.Your account has been closed in accordance with the terms and conditions of account ownership agreed to on registration.Please see our terms and conditions: https://www.unibet.co.uk/general-info/terms#section-5The account will not re-opened or any withdrawals processed.If you wish to pursue this through other channels, we will of course co-operate once contacted.Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.Kind regards,[EDIT] Senior Customer Service Advisor I will appreciate if you can contact them and assist with the matter. I deposited 6100 in total in Unibet and currently have around 8700 GBP balance. Unibet is refusing to pay either my money or my winnings.Thanks for your help!Regards, [EDIT]

Hi The Pogg,

thank you so much for your help. Unibet returned 6100 GBP(my deposit) back to my account. I have certified my documents in the Post Office but it seems unibet is expecting them to be certified with a proper Notary/Attorney, which I will do asap. I am very grateful to you , otherwise they wouldn't return my deposit. They promised to pay out my winnings as well after getting the certification from a Notary. I will need to book an appointment with attorney/notary and get it sorted as soon as possible. Please feel free to close my case as it seems all looks fine now. Thanks very much again

Hello The Pogg, due to my work I haven't be able to certify my documents yet. However, I have requested a holiday for next friday for that reason and will get all documents certified and sent by the end of next week. I will keep you updated as soon as I received the payment.
