Unibet - My withdrawal has taken long
Unresolved - Unibet have responded to this complaint stating that they do not believe the ID submitted to be genuine but have failed to provide any details regarding their specific issues with the submitted ID. I have reviewed the ID that the player has passed to us and - presuming that these are the same documents submitted to Unibet - while I do have some concerns these aren't significant enough that I'd be comfortable ruling against the player. As such this complaint will be marked as 'Unresolved'.
We can only recommend that the player contacts Unibet's appointed ADR service eCOGRA as they're a UK resident.

I made a withdrawal from unibet over a week ago and I still haven't been paid, even though I've sent them all the documents they've asked me for.
