Player's Complaint

After I registered asked to provide my identification back in early August and once I provided my driver ID the account verified immediately.

Soon I decrease my deposit limit at this site due to loosing too much money which is part of problem gambling.

Back in third week of August I deleted deposit limits and deposited large amount funds. As soon as I won my losses they asked me to verify my address and interested find out which country I born?

Perfect timing to trap if someone has problem with gambling eh? Let trap his fund here at our site and let him loose it at here and by the book everything looks perfect!

I asked to provide my utility bill for verification of address although address was showing on my driver license. And I provided on August 29th, since than I asked many times Unibet to verify my account but they didn't do that so!

Because they don't want people to withdraw funds specially someone already used their responsible gambling section..

The issue is here not only they are delaying verification process, they are creating this under name of security so people continue bet and loose.

Hi koray002 - welcome back.

Our first suggestion, if you are feeling frustrated with the withdrawal process, would be to ask for a time out/self-exclusion to ensure that you cannot reaccess games until such time as your withdrawal has been paid. I'd also encourage you, if you do not feel in control of you gambling, to take time to consider whether gambling is a positive activity in your life.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 18th of September let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
