Hi i deposited a few times here, never any issues went to withdraw and all of a sudden my account was closed, then it was re opened and they asked for verification, i sent it all through which it was all verified successfully. I asked why my withdrawals were still pending 6 days later, they said there were doing extra checks, Its 6 days since, no update other than our team are working on this. No email updates or anything. When i ask daily in chat i just get told theres nothing they can do.
Thank you after I told them I had contacted you they close my account and said they were processing my deposits back to my account. I'll give you posted it it arrives
