Hi I joined Vegas baby on 7/1/22 I deposited £200 via trustly played for a few hours I won £1903 so I decided to cash out at the time once I asked for the withdrawal it said pending so which I thought was understandable I get an email a couple of days later saying I need to provide some documents to verify my account which I duly did then I was sent an email to send a source of wealth document which I did that was on the 19/1/22 I was told that I will get an update in 10days time I thought ok but today I logged in to my account the £1903 is in my account and the withdrawal has been declined I don’t if this company is just playing delaying tactics or what
I am still awaiting a response from Vegas baby they are now saying it’s going to take another 10days I requested a withdrawal on the 8th of jan it’s now the 13th of feb I am sure they need to do there verification but this is now taking the biscuit
