Hi, I am having trouble receiving my winnings from Vegas Baby. I put in a withdrawal request and they said they needed my card details which I provided. I put in another withdrawal request on the 24th September and I have still not received my funds. I have messaged a number of times and all I get is they are following regulations and there is no time limit on how long it will take. This is affecting my health now, I was admitted to hospital last week with chest pains and I put it down to Vegas Baby.

Hi, they never asked for them when I tried to withdraw. They turned down withdrawal and said as soon as I sent in the card details would go through. They are justing changing the goalposts. It's sister site Casino Nile who are also unwilling to pay out asked for bank statements from June till August, which I sent. Then got back to me and said I had sent wrong months it should have been July to September. I sent in these statements, after a while they got back and said statements were no good, some were from a different year. This is utter rubbish, these sites clearly do not like to pay out winnings, it is unbelievable that they are allowed to operate.
