hello,myself and [EDIT] recently played and won two lots of winnings of 1500 and 600 dollars new zealand currency,we were asked to submit photo identification and bank statements or utility bill,we have forwarded all the information asked for 6 times now and keep getting sent the same email back from [EDIT] who is the security dept at vegas casino pararadise saying that they have not recieved any emails from us,we used my account with vegas [EDIT] we also,myself and [EDIT] used her debit card to play online with her presant with me at the time as we are flatmates and good friends,they also asked for a hand written letter to be done by the owner of the card giving full consent to use her card for the purpose of gambling on vegas paradise which 3 consent letters have been sent also by [EDIT],the card she used she has closed due to wear and tear of the card and has gotten another debit card,this is getting very annoying now as they are asking again for a 3rd party consent letter which has been sent to them with the email they sent to send the information,our contact phone number in new zealand is [EDIT],thank you [EDIT]
