i have depositet 550 € and won 1500 € after that -

i have contacted them via chat and email close the account because i am addicted to gambling. I have received a confirmation in both times.

They did not close the account and one day later due to my gambling issues i canceled the withdrawal through their site - played 2 minutes and lost all. The Account was still open and i was able to make bets and i was still able to make deposits!! But i haven’t made deposits after that.

After requesting a withdrawal of the 1500€ they told me that they i should tell them my deposit limits and after that they will give me a bonus! After i told them 2 times a was addicted to gambling they still tried to get me playing on their site! The Casino does not care about players.

[EDIT] I think the casino must pay me back the money i had once i told them i was addicted and to shut down the account.
