I need you to provide more information before I can move forward. How were the funds generated? Have the operator given reason for non-payment? When did you make a withdrawal (if you have)?

this is more detail I do have e-mail communication that I can forward to you. I made 6 withdrawals that are in question. All funds required $880 in bonus money plus fees to be removed. It starts with 08/24/16 Please do not be confused. I made two withdrawals on that day and one was paid. Dates and amounts of withdrawals are as follows all in the year of 2016
08/24 = $2500 08/29 = $2500 09/01 = $2169
09/01 = $1820 10/15 = $2400 10/13 = $2500
Now one of these they did not approve for withdrawal when asked why and which one I did not get a response. They did deposit funds into my account and these are the dates. 10/26 = $1400 11/01 = $875
11/28 = $2169 12/16 = $1560 My withdrawal total comes to $13,889 minus $880 bonus per withdrawal plus $40 in transaction fees equals $5520 to the casino leaving me a balance of $8369 I was paid a total of $6004
total still owed me is $2365.

Unfortunately, despite continuous efforts we have been unable to get any response to this and a significant number of other complaints since the point you submitted your complaint. This includes contacting the team member you mentioned directly. At this time we have no reasonable expectations of receiving a response.

All I can suggest is contacting the team at CasinoMeister.com. They seem to be having greater success getting responses from this group at the present time.
